TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (EN)Access for the instruments: The load-in door for the instruments must be at least 7, 39 feet wide (2m25) and 7, 42 feet high (2m26). Storage of the crates of the instruments needs to be planed. Stage: from 20 to 50 square yards (from 20m² to 50m2) stable and noiseless. Temperature of 70°F (21°C) necessary because of the nature of the instruments. There must be no air-conditioning in the theatre before the concert, for the benefit of the acoustic acclimatization of the instruments. Good natural reverberation in concert room needed for acoustics instruments. If a sound system is required, a preliminary study must be made with the artist. In-house roadies: There must be 2 stage hands to unload and load, and 2 to set up and tear down the set. As soon as the truck arrives, the instruments and their crates are to be unloaded in the concert space. Load-in: set up and adjustment in the morning or the afternoon before the day of the concert. Duration: 3h to 5h. Lighting (see details). Sound check (if necessary). Break-down and load-out: the next day after the concert, in the morning. Duration: 3h to 5h. Rehearsal and lighting arrangements: previous morning of the day of the concert. Duration of the concert: 1 hr to 1hr 30 min (with no intermission). Important: stage and theatre should be at the disposal of the artist without interruption as soon as he arrives.
